It might feel better or easier to point our fingers and ask the world to change. A more compassionate approach recognizes how we are interconnected, including our own actions and beliefs.
Beware of the role of the victim;
we’ve all played it at some time.
Woe is me. It’s not my fault. Why does
everything bad always happen to me?
This victim stance is dangerous
indeed, leading only to more doom.
A better role is the hero, my friend,
for the hero always shines in the end.
Vincent, this really resonates. In my own explorations of victim hood, I came across an interesting approach called the drama triangle. I will reblog it .. As I can’t get the link from here:)

Hi Val,
I’m looking forward to hearing more.
I haven’t heard of the drama triangle. I wonder if it’s as hard to escape from as the Bermuda triangle? 😉
Vincent
Have a look and see.
