a quick way to solve problems

Not liking something and then calling it a “problem” is what creates problems.

The real issue is not liking something.

One approach is to make sure you have a clear view of reality. The other approach is to learn to like reality.

This little flowchart to happiness is simple enough or could be revised a little. It might have a path away from unhappiness, which involves no longer doing those things which don’t bring us happiness. No, that’s not so we quit the moment something frustrates or challenges us. Instead, the key is in noticing over time.
